By accessing and using CtrlAltShip, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

CtrlAltShip is a directory of micro SaaS products built by solo founders. We provide:

  • A platform to list and discover indie products
  • Payment processing for product listings
  • User dashboard for managing products
  • Email notifications and support

3. User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Not submit spam, misleading, or inappropriate content
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not attempt to circumvent our payment system
  • Maintain the security of your account

4. Payment Terms

Product listings require a one-time payment of $49 for the first year. Renewals cost $9 annually and are not automatic. You will receive a reminder one month before expiration.

5. Content Guidelines

All submitted content must:

  • Be accurate and up-to-date
  • Not contain false or misleading claims
  • Not violate any laws or regulations
  • Be appropriate for a professional directory

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and remove your listings if you violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

CtrlAltShip is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
